Rollin Township has ordinances in effect concerning all types of construction. Copies of the Zoning Ordinances are available online (see link below) or at the Township Hall and may be purchased. Please contact the appropriate inspector before remodeling or beginning any new construction. If construction or electrical work is started before proper approval and permits are obtained, you will be billed an additional fee.
